TGR | Toys & Games Republic

Toys and Games Republic a.k.a TGR is an annual toys and games event that creates space where toys and games communities – including action figures, die cast, collectibles, games, comic, anime, manga, online games, tabletop, board games, cosplay, console – can meet up and introduce their communities to public. Unlike any other toys exhibiton, TGR is the only concepted toys fair in Indonesia that apply its concept to the decorations, events, and every single details in the event.
The first class toys and games tenants from Indonesia and some from Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan can be found here, as many as the support the TGR have received from the leading national and international communities both official and non-official. TGR is also giving full support for the local industries, especially in the toys and games categories.
The TGR event is diviided into several areas, which are : Exhibition Area – the area where visitors can shop, Event Area – TGR tournaments and competitions will be held here, Social Area – where the visitors can rest, chat, eat, and drink, Stage Area – as the main stage of the event, and Local Industry Area – as one of the TGR signature.
TGR also has some signatures programmes, such as TGR 100, Advanced Movie Screening, Trivia on Spot, Who Wants to Be Republic Millionaires?, Ready-Set-Build, Toys Auction, Cosplay Party, and TGR Quests.
As in every republic, Toys & Games Republic, a.k.a. TGR also has its own currency. It is called : Rep. Rep is introduced in TGR 4 and has been used in every single TGR event since then. Rep can be used to buy some exclusive goods and merchandises in some of TGR tenants. Some of the tenants have also prepare some exclusive goods that only can be bought using Rep. However, you cannot buy Rep. You can only have them by completing quests that come along with the TGR tickets. You can also have Rep by participating in all of TGR signature games.
As one of the leading toys and games event in Indonesia, TGR have been around since 2011. These are past TGR events :
